We want you to know exactly what to expect when you order from Sunday Zoomies. Here's how shipping works.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts).
- $4.99 standard shipping on orders under $50.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare and hand your order to the carrier.
- Delivery: most orders arrive 10–20 days after you place them.
Many of our products ship directly from our manufacturing partners overseas. That's how we keep prices low, and it's why delivery takes a little longer than at big-box stores. Delivery times above are for addresses in the United States.
Tracking your order
- You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- Tracking can take 3–5 days to start showing updates. That's normal while your package travels to the US.
Orders with more than one item
Items in the same order (including Bundle Sets) may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages on different days. Your shipping confirmation will tell you if your order is split.
Delays and missing packages
- Holidays, weather and customs can occasionally add a few days.
- If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, email us and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
- If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order ships we can't redirect it.
